The valleys of the Ourthe, Vesder and Amblève
Only 15 minutes from the center of Liège, the Ourthe, the Vesder and the Amblève have created a special nature that serves as the backdrop for a network of special hiking trails. You can also kayak, bike, climb the trees, etc.
World famous in their own country are the Ninglinspo or the Boucle de l'Ourthe, both classified as nature reserves.
Other highlights in the region: The animal parks Le Monde Sauvage or Forestia, the historic Domaine de Palogne, the caves of Remouchamps and Comblain or Source O Rama, located in the town of Chaudfontaine. Chaudfontaine is known for its multiple hot springs that rise from the rocky subsoil with a temperature of 36.6°. A unique phenomenon in Belgium.
