The limestone sources of the "Fondry des Chiens" make this region an absolute must to visit.
For historical highlights and cultural heritage you should go to the princely city of Chimay, where you can also taste one of our Belgian Trappist beers.
Rent a whisper boat in the picturesque village of Nismes, and cross the rivers Eau Noire and Eau Blanche.
Don't have enough water yet? Then go to the largest lakes in Belgium, the lakes of Eau d'Heure. This impressive nature and recreation area includes 5 lakes that are located in a beautiful nature reserve with 600ha of forests and 600ha of meadows. An ideal destination for a fun weekend full of fascinating excursions in the middle of nature. Cycling, walking, sports and culture, there is something for everyone.
