Quite a few of the Condroz villages, built from the typical gray natural stone, are on the list of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. You can stroll through idyllic towns that often lie at the foot of a slope, such as Dinant, Chardeneux  or Ciney.  The region is sparsely populated and undiscovered by the general public, grazing cows and sheep clearly predominate in this rural region.  The beautiful, hilly and wide landscapes invite you for a walk or a bike ride. In the Condroz you will find beautiful leafy forests, interspersed with valleys, fields and old farms. You can choose from a range of activities, such as electric mountain biking, hiking along the Art Trails of Condroz-Famenne and enjoying an unforgettable stay with a glass of cider in the Cidrerie du Condroz, the first cider factory in Wallonia.
